Know Before You Go

As of April 15th the Cabana Bar & Grill will be "Closed temporarily for remodeling"

The maximum number of guests for each unit type is one bedroom - 4 people, two bedroom - 6 people, three bedroom - 8 people. Pets are not allowed.

If you are paying by cash or check, a credit card or cash deposit of $250 will be required. A refund will be issued by check and will take up to 14 days to receive.

Units are 100% non-smoking. Guest will be charged $250 for smoking in a unit.

The individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. The property will not check anyone in under the age of 18 nor will they issue refunds if prepaid. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.

Special Check-in Instructions: Check-in is at 3 PM -- Lobby registration is open from 8am to 8pm. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions. Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.

Complimentary parking
After checking in at the Welcome Center, you will be assigned a parking garage and parking space. Laketown offers luggage carts, and large elevators to help you easily settle into your unit. As always there is no charge for parking.

If you are expecting guests please notify the front desk, so we are aware of the visitors.

NOTE: We do not allow boat, RV, bus or trailer parking on property. Please call the front desk and they can assist you with storage/parking options.
