Here are a few of the questions we receive most often.

  1. Who is the Resort Management?

    Sterling Resorts: Sterling's geographical focus is the Gulf Coast with 24 properties managed between nearby Gulfport and Biloxi, Mississippi; The Beaches of South Walton, Destin and Panama City Beach. With more than 300 employees and annual gross revenues of more than $600 million, The Sterling Companies (Sterling Resorts and Sterling Realty) offer the same scope of services and depth of resources as leading national resort development and services firms.

  2. Is there a security force on property?

    Yes, there is a 24 hour security company on the property, with at least two officers patrolling at all times.

  3. Are all the pools up and working?

    Yes, all pools are operational. The pool on the roof of the North garage has a heated spa. The kiddies' pool on the roof of the South garage is open for children of all ages. The main pools and lagoon pools are also open.

  4. Where is the beach access?

    There are several beach access points located across from Laketown Wharf. Just West of Pineapple Willy's restaurant is a leased beach access, and for those of you on the other side of the development, there is public beach access near the South garage. Umbrellas and chairs are available.

  5. What amenities are available right now?

    There are 5 pools, over 52,000 sq. ft. lakefront boardwalk, fresh water lake, spectacular dancing-style lake fountains, children's playground overlooking the lake, fitness center, meditation garden, port-a-corchere covered entry with stylish Welcome Center, two covered multi-level parking garages and more.

  6. Do I have to pay for parking?

    No, a parking space is located in one of the covered parking garages is included in the rental.

  7. What is the parking garage clearance?

    South Parking Garage clearance is 7' 0".
    North Parking Garage clearance is 7' 0".
    NOTE: We do not allow boat, RV, bus or trailer parking on property. Please call the front desk and they can assist you with storage/parking options.

  8. What time does the water fountain show run?

    Nightly fountain light shows year-round! On select dates or for certain events, the fountain show will occasionally run at additional times.

    Nightly "In Season" Fountain Show Times:
    Fountain Show #1 - 7:45PM (17-20 minutes of music)
    Fountain Show #2 - 8:45PM (20-25 minutes of music)
